Default Water plate and frame quench oil coolers

Where can I obtain some information about incidents involving the use of water plate and frame coolers involving quench oils i.e. fires and explosions. Or, supporting data for using quench oil air coolers.

I would contact SBS. They are the biggest name in air to oil heat exchangers in the industry. Another big name in cooling systems would be Dry Coolers (more water cooling related than oil cooling). I hope that helps.

Houghton (quench oil manufacturer) might be able to help you as well. I think they have technical literature on that topic available.
