An experienced senior mechanical designer/draftsman willing to help convert your ideas into proper engineering drawings. (AutoCAD 2D or Solidworks 3D/2D)
Over 20 years experience with the design of:
-Industrial furnaces & ovens (pusher, roller, mesh belt, rotary, muffle, walking beam, fluid bed, etc)
- Industrial quenches (water, oil, salt, air, fluid bed)
-Material handling conveyors and transfer devices
-Trays, baskets, hangers, fixtures
-Piping schematics (combustion, water, compressed air, special atmosphere)
-Refractory drawing, assemblies, details, equipment layouts, design calculations (i.e. heat balance, stress & strain at elevated temperatures, buckling, fan shaft critical speed)
